Connect agency evaluation to the business outcome
A performance marketing scope should identify strategy, media management, creative, data connections and enquiry follow-up. Prix Studio’s related service pages can also start a scope discussion. This guide is published on Prix’s website, so our service is one option being discussed; it is not presented as a neutral test winner.
Ecommerce needs product, stock, refund and order context. Lead work needs contactability and relevant appointments; apps need event definitions and in-product behaviour. Another business’s high ROAS cannot predict your profit or application outcomes. Prioritise how a candidate addressed a comparable problem, rather than the sector name alone.
For a case example, ask for the period, spending, revenue definition, attribution window and actual agency role. ROAS is revenue relative to media spending; CPA is cost per defined action. Neither alone proves net profit or additional advertising impact. Verify references available with permission, without requesting confidential customer data.
Review current names and media or technology scope
Build an agency shortlist from the organisations’ own published services. Prices, partner status, outcomes and suitability have not been independently tested here. Check the current proposal, responsible team and contractual delivery.
Group DP states that its work began as Digital Partners and continues under the current name. BrandLift lists creative/social work; UpLift lists performance, Facebook Ads, analytics and automation. Ask which brand and team will contract with you.
KoçZer’s announcement describes Ingage’s transition to OneIngage and the combination of media, creativity and technology. This does not establish that every service is included in every Meta proposal. Request channel and production scope in writing.
ROIPUBLIC lists paid advertising, SEO, social management, content, web design and conversion optimisation. Its name should not lead to an assumed PR specialism; inspect the actual Meta service package.
AnalyticaHouse describes performance, creative, SEO and data science together. Do not assume the older label “AnalyticaHouse Ads” identifies a separate organisation. Ask about the measurement model, operating team and technical deliverables.

Compare scope using one shared brief
Share your business model, current account setup and production needs to define the proposal discussion.
Compare production, commerce and B2B options by scope
An ecommerce or growth brief can involve different service families. These published descriptions start an investigation. A service on a website does not prove it will be delivered identically in your account or produce the same outcome.
Webtures currently lists Meta/TikTok advertising, creative production and data/analytics. Rather than assuming “Webtures Ads” is a separate team, verify the current proposal and production owner.
Shift describes performance, social, ecommerce and production together. Ask for relevant local or multi-location experience. The original article’s specific ROAS and location-targeting results are not treated as verified here.
Veritas Dijital lists campaign management, multiple advertising channels, testing, content and reporting. Do not treat statements about eliminating data loss or continuous growth as guaranteed outcomes.
Boosmart describes advertising channels including Meta, web/mobile analytics and automation. It should not be assumed to serve only marketplace sellers. b2Target describes a B2B position and digital marketing solutions; ask about enquiry qualification and responsibilities shared with sales.
Specify what creative production includes
For advertising creative, “production included” is insufficient detail. Concepts, adaptations, shooting, editing and resizing are different tasks. In-house or external production is not automatically a quality criterion. Briefs, ownership, approvals and rights matter.
| Task | Proposal detail | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Concepts | New ideas or adaptations of existing assets? | Message and hypothesis brief |
| Production | Shooting, editing and variation scope | Source files and usage rights |
| Revisions | Approval rounds and scope changes | Schedule and additional cost |
| Testing | Which ideas are compared under which conditions? | Result context and next decision |

Document account access and reporting boundaries
A measurement review examines current events, consent behaviour, catalogue and any CRM connection. CAPI installation does not establish lossless data, an exemption from permissions or a guaranteed CPA reduction. Ask how errors and changes are recorded; do not accept automatic uploading of entire customer files.
Identify the responsible business and required agency permissions for accounts, pages, data sources, catalogues, payments and assets. Prefer appropriate role or partner access to shared passwords. Define what access is removed, what files are delivered and what cannot transfer because of platform restrictions when the relationship ends.
Reports need sources, periods, currency and metric definitions. Compare platform attribution with orders or CRM records. A business owner should reconcile channels claiming the same sale. Choose the reporting cadence for the workflow, and ask for changes, reasons, uncertainties and next actions alongside charts.
Use the same seven questions in each meeting
For proposal comparison, give candidates the same questions. Different delivery scopes cannot be reduced to one price. Separate media requirements, management, production, software and setup. This guide does not establish a universal starting budget or management percentage.
Budget and target
What scope fits this budget, and which margin and data definitions support the target?
Term and exit
What are the starting period, renewal, notice and handover conditions?
Creative
How are concepts, production, revisions, rights and external partners managed?
Measurement and reports
How is current data checked, and what sources and decisions appear in the report?
Account team
Who operates the account, provides cover and approves decisions?
Relevant experience
Can you show a verifiable example of your role and limits in a comparable business?
Communication
How are meetings, urgent errors, holidays and scope changes handled?
Choose internal, agency or shared responsibility
A growth decision involves more than agency fees. Internal work needs time, training, permissions, production and continuity. Agency work needs service fees, coordination and defined deliverables. Do not assume all professional tools are included without charge or that an agency guarantees a shorter learning period.
The internal team can retain product and customer knowledge while a supplier handles specified production or media tasks. Choose a pilot term from the operating calendar and outcome being assessed, rather than a universal three- or six-month rule. The final checklist should connect targets, scope, evidence, authority, production, budget, reporting, communication and exit to written terms.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Frequently asked questions
What does a Meta agency do?
Depending on its proposal, it can handle strategy, campaign operations, creative, measurement and reporting. Do not assume every task is included; define the team and deliverables in writing.
Which is the best agency in Turkey?
Assess fit for your business model, data, production needs and team capacity. This guide does not provide an independent performance test or a ranked winner.
How should agency fees be compared?
Use the same brief and deliverables. Separate media, management, production, software and setup, then review the current conditions of fixed, proportional or hybrid pricing.
Is high ROAS enough evidence?
Not without period, spending, revenue, attribution and the agency’s role. ROAS alone does not show net profit or prove additional sales caused by advertising.
Can an internal team manage the advertising?
It can, depending on time, skills, production, measurement and continuity. A shared model can outsource selected tasks. An agency is not mandatory for every business.
What should ecommerce teams ask about?
Clarify responsibility for catalogue, product information, stock, orders/refunds, creative and measurement. Advertising management and store development may be separate contract tasks.
Are organic social management and paid advertising the same?
Content calendars, community responses and paid campaigns involve different work. They can be planned together, with separate costs, approvals and reporting scope.
