Write the project scope before searching for agencies
Describe how your performance marketing need relates to sales, a new market, contact quality or brand reach. Every platform does not have to enter the first package. Record the existing creative team, store or CRM owner, sales capacity and known measurement issues in a short brief. Candidates can then price the same problem rather than unrelated interpretations of growth.
Organic publishing, comment handling and paid campaigns are distinct deliverables. State which decisions the provider can make and which need brand approval. A regulated sector requires its own publication review; a generic social advertising package does not automatically establish permission for health or professional promotion. Include unresolved dependencies such as missing product information or delayed content approval. A candidate who identifies a dependency gives you useful planning evidence even when the proposal becomes less ambitious.
Review the original names against current positioning
Separate social media management from media buying when reviewing these starting examples. The October 4, 2026 check found nine names in an article whose heading claimed sixteen. Missing providers have not been invented. The table reflects public positioning, not independently verified delivery quality. Budget fit, assigned personnel and project results require a specific conversation and proposal.
The linked OneIngage and AnalyticaHouse descriptions establish how those providers present their services. Prix Studio publishes this guide, so its presence is not an independent recommendation score. Similar provider names appeared for Shift Digital; the original local micro-targeting claim has not been automatically assigned to a particular company. Verify the contracting entity and domain before relying on that specialization.
| Original name | Current public scope | Verify in the proposal |
|---|---|---|
| Prix Studio | Advertising, creative and technical service scopes | Assigned tasks and acceptance evidence |
| Ingage / OneIngage | Media, marketing, technology and creative | Cross-market responsibility and report language |
| AnalyticaHouse | Performance, creative and data science | Analyst and implementation deliverables |
| ROIPUBLIC | Paid advertising, social management and content | Separate PR scope if needed |
| Webtures Ads / Webtures | Current Meta advertising consultancy | Advice versus daily account management |
| Shift Digital | Original provider identity needs verification | Contracting name, domain and actual expertise |
| Veritas Dijital | Multichannel ads, CRO, tracking and creative | Which technical fixes are included |
| BusinessUp SEM / BusinessUp | Social content, community and advertising plan | Current team and process for B2B work |
| Boosmart | Social ads, analytics and automation | Actual scope for ecommerce or another sector |

Compare proposals against a shared scope
Define creative, media and measurement needs through concrete acceptance criteria and clarify the project scope.
Connect creative and media responsibilities
Ask whether a creative production proposal includes research, scripting, filming, editing, adaptation and revisions. Advertising management need not include all of them. Give candidates the same product and ask how an explanation video and comparison graphic would answer different buying questions. Evaluate the message and decision purpose alongside the number of assets.
BusinessUp’s current social page presents content and advertising plans, while Webtures services lists Meta consultancy. Those observations help prepare scope questions; they do not establish a particular production allowance in your agreement. Document usage rights, source files, brand approval and how campaign observations feed the next creative brief. The highest production price should not automatically be interpreted as the strongest advertising approach.
Assess claims through definitions and decision evidence
If measurement work is included, ask which source the agency will repair and which limitations it will explain. ROAS connects attributed revenue with advertising spend; it does not automatically include margin, returns or every operating expense. A cost per contact also does not establish that the sales team accepted that contact as relevant. Compare claims using a shared definition.
Boosmart and AnalyticaHouse describe analytics capabilities, but request a project-specific acceptance example. An example report should identify the period, attribution definition, changed stock or offer and proposed decision. Ask about the provider’s role in a case study and contributions from other teams. Do not request access to another customer’s private account or contact list. An authorized reference or anonymized task record can help you assess the process without exposing customer information.

Separate service fees from the total payment expectation
When comparing advertising management proposals, list service fees, media spend, production, tool licenses and platform surcharges separately. Do not assume every provider uses a fixed fee or universal minimum budget. Explain when pricing changes with scope or volume, how additional work is approved and who issues each invoice. Compare the same deliverables before interpreting a lower price.
Meta’s current location fee guidance lists five percent for delivery to audiences in Türkiye. The fee depends on delivery location rather than the business address and appears separately outside campaign budgets and spending limits. Consider other taxes separately. A campaign reaching several countries should not have the Turkish rate applied indiscriminately to every impression. Finance should be able to reconcile the overall payment expectation with the media manager’s campaign spend records.
Compare internal, agency and shared models by task
When seeking support for a marketing leader, identify the missing capability: strategy, daily implementation or creative capacity. An internal team can have immediate access to pricing and stock decisions; a provider can supply additional disciplines. Neither model is inherently cheaper or faster merely because of its name. Purchasing every premium management tool is not a prerequisite for competent advertising work.
For original tool examples such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch and Similarweb, ask about the necessary task, user access, exports and license ownership. A provider using a tool does not imply that client access is free. Define the communication channel, holiday cover and decision approval. The first review need not rely only on sales: a verified setup and a resolved critical dependency can be separately accepted deliverables. Evaluate those against the scope actually purchased.
Internal team
Assess time, existing expertise and backup coverage. Removing an agency fee does not remove the labor required for content and implementation.
Agency
Inspect assigned people and actual deliverables. A person visible in the portfolio may not manage your account.
Shared model
Keep business knowledge internally and buy the missing capability. Close duplicated and unowned tasks in one responsibility record.
Use a shared scenario and prepare the exit record
If CRM or store integration enters the project, give candidates the same data-error diagnosis scenario. Ask each to explain the evidence, correction owner and retest. A shared question helps distinguish presentation quality from practical implementation capability. The acceptance criteria should describe an observable result rather than a vague promise to optimize continuously.
Include asset ownership, files, licenses, access removal, campaign history and report definitions in the exit record. Review contract and support conditions in writing; not every agency offers a three- or six-month trial. Choose the provider offering the important deliverable with understandable scope and sustainable responsibility. Revisit the shortlist when services or assigned personnel change. A familiar name can remain a useful candidate without being the appropriate choice for every later project.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Frequently asked questions
Is this a performance ranking?
No. It connects original names and current public positioning with review questions. No independent scoring model or comparable dataset of agency results has been used.
Why are there not sixteen agencies?
The original heading did not match its body, which contained nine names. Missing organizations were not invented. An unresolved provider identity is explicitly marked for verification.
Is a ROAS guarantee enough to choose a provider?
A promise does not replace evidence of scope and method. Discuss product, pricing, margin, stock and attribution conditions. Separate controllable deliverables from commercial expectations.
Is creative included in every package?
Verify the proposal. Filming, editing, copy, usage rights and revisions can be separate items. Record the production allowance and approval owner in writing.
Must a small budget be managed internally?
Do not decide through a fixed currency threshold. Assess existing expertise, time and the task being purchased together. Limited consultancy or a shared model may also be appropriate.
What should be handed over when changing agencies?
Transfer asset identifiers, access records, files, licenses, event definitions and open tasks. The new owner should be able to reproduce a report and investigate an issue from that record.
